Abstract

An automated teller machine (ATM) Card is one of the crucial elements for all banks to ensure a more compelling customer experience in the competitive banking industry in Bangladesh. This paper investigates the satisfaction level of automated teller machine (ATM) card users of Banks in Jessore City in Bangladesh. The study utilized the convenience sampling technique. Primary and secondary data sources were used to perform this study, and quantitative and qualitative data were collected. Data has been analyzed by using a five-point Likert scale and Econometric methods. This study only provides information about the level of satisfaction of customers by analyzing ATM card users in the Jessore district in Bangladesh. Though the samples were selected conveniently and may only represent part of the population, there is no way to ignore the study by the bank management. Therefore, the recommendations like providing a reliable network, increasing the number of ATMs, and increasing the amount of money withdrawn should be considered with due care for better customer service and a better competitive position.
